Core Construction continues to progress on the new Maroa Forsyth Elementary School. Over the last month they have completed the exterior footings and roughly half of the footing walls. In the top-right picture you are looking through the south wall of the gym towards the south parking lot. In the top-left picture you are looking towards the south classroom wing. The bottom two pictures show the north gym wall as well as the stage area. Steel erection is scheduled for July 14 and even with the wet weather this spring, we are on schedule for classes to begin within this facility in the fall of 2009.
